Returns and Refund Policy

At Grandma’s Touch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided by us after your return request has been approved.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If there is a problem with your order, we will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

If you have any questions about whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to certain items, such as custom or personalised products, where legally excluded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
